Shipping Policy – SOUGAT (Shubhalaxmi Food Industry)

Shipping charges may apply on orders placed on the SOUGAT website.

Shipping charges depend on factors such as delivery location, order size, and product weight, and may change from time to time.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before checkout and are charged separately from the product price.
• Each order can be delivered to one address only, as mentioned at the time of placing the order.
• To deliver products to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
• Orders are shipped from our SOUGAT facility or authorized partner facilities to locations across India.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 5–10 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
• Deliveries are usually made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, on working days (Thursday to Wednesday), excluding public holidays.
• If delivery is delayed or returned due to incorrect address, contact details, or any error from the customer’s side, any additional re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• If you notice that the package is damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.
• Immediately contact us with your order reference number and wait for further instructions from our team.
